One Federal Solution is currently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex federal health programs. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in scientific, biomedical, or health-related environments and a strong track record of supporting high-impact projects within federal agencies.

PROJECT COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, public health, business, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management support.
  • 3+ years of experience must be within a biomedical, pharmaceutical, biotech, academic medical center, or health-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Other Transaction Authority (OTA) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop meeting agendas and capture both formal and informal meeting minutes, including action items and key decisions.
  • Track and manage action items to completion, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
  • Identify, document, and escalate program risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate program meetings, work sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Assist in the development and management of program charters, project plans, and timelines.
  • Create and maintain high-quality materials for program briefings and presentations.
  • Support dissemination strategies and develop action plans for program deliverables.
  • Manage shared document repositories to enhance program knowledge management.
  • Assist with government financial tracking and reporting activities.
  • Support the integration of cross-functional work across NHLBI and NIH work groups.
