Description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Young robust Mgmt team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing projects from initiation through to completion across various trades
  • Facilitate clear communication between project managers/directors, clients, and site personnel
  • Organize and coordinate site visits, inspections, and project meetings
  • Maintain project documentation, including man-day tabulation, contracts, permits, &certifications
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and manpower
  • Prepare tender submissions and assist in post-tender follow-up activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Hybrid work arrangement available
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a team player with good time management
  • Sound in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
