TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Maintain full breadth of knowledge regarding all PalCare productsservices, including the ability to demo, gather configuration details, and delegate technical or system functionality issues.
• Assist with the development of procedures, tools, and best practices necessary to improve the Implementation process.
