Join our team in Whitby as a Project Coordinator and play a central role in the coordination of new build and repair projects within a dynamic and growing company.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the procurement and delivery of materials, services, and resources for marine construction and repair projects. You will collaborate with our Project Management, Accounts, and Stores teams, ensuring the right materials arrive at the right time, every time.
You’ll be responsible for purchasing, inventory management, project coordination, and supplier negotiation—driving efficiency and quality across the entire supply chain. Experience with ERP systems (particularly Progress Plus) is advantageous, as is familiarity with shipbuilding or heavy industry materials.
