Description
The Project Coordinator provides project and administrative support to DHA Défense Health Agency Digital Health Integration Office (DHIO) leadership and staff. This position is remote and reports to the Program Manager. * Support enterprise coordination activities within a PMO framework to help integrate, monitor, report, and communicate progress across DHIO initiatives. * Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including: * Preparing agendas * Assembling and distributing read-ahead materials * Assisting with PowerPoint presentations * Reserving conference rooms * Setting up meeting spaces * Coordinating audio-visual support * Supporting MS Teams meetings * Taking, formatting, and distributing meeting minutes * Tracking open issues and action items through resolution * Coordinate and track correspondence, briefing packages, and presentation materials for directors, chiefs of staff, and branch chiefs.  * Answer incoming office telephone calls, route calls appropriately, take messages, and schedule meetings on behalf of leadership.  * Prepare, edit, copy, and distribute documents, correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.  * Manage and track multiple special projects and activities with varying deadlines and priorities.  * Order, pick up, and maintain office supplies and administrative materials.  * Coordinate pickup and packaging of government awards and shipping materials as needed.  * Process DHHQ and Pentagon building access requests for designated DHA leadership personnel.  * Perform all duties in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and administrative instructions.  Qualifications: * Must be able to obtain a Public Trust * 3-5 years of experience * High School Diploma or higher   PCI Federal (PCIF) and its subsidiaries are an equal-opportunity employer.
