Description
The employee shall perform administrative support functions to assist in the day-to-day operations in support of California OSTEM with PCI Productions in support of a government contract.   Task Description: 1. Recognize and resolve issues of a general administrative nature. 2. Prepare, edit, format, and proofread draft correspondence, files, records, administrative documents, SharePoint sites, Teams sites and channels, and PowerPoints. 3. Maintain document storage areas, electronic and hard copies. 4. Process service requests 5. Make travel arrangements 6. Prepare and process training requests. 7. Attend and schedule meetings and rooms as requested. 8. Maintain, track, update records, requests tickets and provide status involving contract owned (NEST) and/or Government equipment. 9. Submit Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) tickets, including computer orders or repair requests. 10. Process excess government equipment requests. 11. Coordinate with requesters to complete the transportation document. 12. Obtain the appropriate signatures for Property Survey Reports. 13. Draft Response to Center inquiries and data calls regarding property. 14. Maintain a spreadsheet of all assets including equipment numbers. 15. Maintain office workspace, office materials and supplies: 16. Inventory and maintain the supply closet. Receive, distribute, maintain, and store office supplies. 17. Maintain printers and multi-function devices. 18. Maintain and print a organizational directory/list. 19. Submit Service Requests (SR). 20. Sort and distribute mail. 21. Support various workshops, meetings, visits, and events coordinate physical access badge requests, IT, and SR logistics as needed. Coordinate facility and audio-visual equipment requirements, assist office staff, enter visitor/ participant data into the Visitor Request system and IDMAX. 22. Support CA OSTEM staff and participant onboarding and offboarding. Knowledgeable of and remain proficient in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Accurate correspondence, charts, and presentations shall be completed to meet the requirements of the office.
