We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Ideal candidate: Early-career professional with 1–3 years in mining or industrial operations, comfortable in the field collecting and organizing data. This onsite role (2 weeks in / 2 weeks out rotation) focuses on field-level data collection, coordination, documentation, and follow-through to ensure projects are delivered effectively. The candidate is detail-oriented, organized, safety-focused, and able to support project execution while communicating effectively with crews and supervisors, acting as a key link between field operations and improvement initiatives. Duties: Collect field data related to mining activities, equipment performance, crew utilization, safety systems, and consumables. Maintain and update data tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, logs). Validate and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist with basic analysis and prepare summaries to support decision-making. Support execution of operational improvement initiatives (technology rollouts, safety improvements, workflow optimization, equipment initiatives). Assist with field trials, pilot programs, rollout coordination, and implementation activities. Track actions, follow up on tasks, and escalate risks or delays as needed. Work with operations crews and supervisors to support adoption of new processes, tools, and systems. Gather field feedback and support change management activities (communication, training materials, readiness checks). Maintain project documentation including field observations, data logs, checklists, and lessons learned. Provide regular status updates and identify improvement opportunities. Follow all site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture. Support additional operational improvement work as required. Diploma or degree in Mining Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in a mining, industrial, or operational environment (asset). Strong attention to detail and ability to work with operational data. Effective communication skills and ability to engage frontline personnel. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to learn site systems (SAP experience is an asset).
