OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of construction processes and management software.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software (ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of civil engineering concepts (Civil 3D).
• Familiarity with construction estimating tools (HeavyBid) is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project alignment with design specifications.

• Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate budget forecasts.
