Location: North York, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)
Salary: CA$35,000 – CA$37,000 annually

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project timelines, communications, and administrative processes. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Track and monitor project progress, escalating challenges when necessary.
• Prepare reports, update trackers, and maintain organized records of all project activities.
• Support problem resolution by identifying gaps, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.
