Are you a serious, direct, and analytical person who’s comfortable taking the lead? Do you consider yourself a master planner and a phenom at organization? If so, we want to hear from you. As our Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the accurate scheduling, communicating, tracking, and reporting of onsite power generation and distribution projects—specifically for standby and emergency configurations. This position requires close collaboration with the engineering projects team and stakeholders across the organization to identify business opportunities, measure the impact of change, and ensure visibility and oversight of key project initiatives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with 3 years of project coordinating or similar work experience.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data, and prepare business reports, projections, and recommendations.
  • Communicate with managers responsible for all departments to support planning related to capacity and ability to effectively deliver timely, quality services to customers.
  • Work closely with Managers, Coordinators, Estimators and other interested parties to remain current on active job status in order to keep customers and referral sources updated. Quickly assist in providing needed information to all interested parties

  • Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively in both speech and writing, adapting easily in conversations, speaking persuasively, and writing well-structured, grammatically correct emails and documents with precision and professionalism
Responsibilities

Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of plans. You will also work directly with operational leaders to understand the strategic direction of the operation and how analytics will support operational improvements.
