PROJECT COORDINATOR

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Project Coordinator for a 12-month role.

PROJECT COORDINATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Coordinator will focus on managing space and occupancy projects to meet emerging business needs. This role involves data-driven decision-making and project execution coordination to optimize space utilization across multiple office sites.

PROJECT COORDINATOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Expertise in the use of data for space and occupancy solutions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Tango or other CAFM systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

PROJECT COORDINATOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Project Management certification
  • Experience in occupancy planning or interior design
  • Ability to understand architectural drawings
  • Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage relationships with external vendors
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate occupancy and space-related data in the IWMS system (Tango)
  • Analyze and report on occupancy and space utilization
  • Coordinate projects integrating various workstreams and stakeholders
  • Consult internal clients to develop cost-effective space and occupancy solutions
  • Develop occupancy and migration plans using data and software (Tango)
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and analysis for data-driven decision making
  • Educate clients on space and occupancy policies & procedures
