We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Coordinator  in our Property Damage & Restoration Division. This position will be based out of Bolton and the surrounding areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of work experience within the Restoration Industry
  • Strong construction knowledge and experience with project coordination
  • Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
  • Access to own vehicle and a good driving record is required
  • Basic security clearance and criminal records check is required

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage insurance restoration projects from start to finish (< $100,000 in value)
  • Develop and oversee scopes of work aligned with homeowner and insurance requirements
  • Create project budgets and schedules to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate material selections with insureds and obtain sign-offs when required.
  • Maintain strong communication with adjusters and provide updates as needed.
  • Hire, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and trades as required.
  • Obtain and manage trade quotes in line with budget and project scope.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure site safety by maintaining NOPs, safety boards, and documentation.
  • Take and upload site visit photos using Encircle.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain project trackers accurately.
  • Track RFAs, credits, and Change Order Requests (CORs).
  • Screen vendor invoices for accuracy prior to approval.
  • Manage project billing, including progress draws and final invoicing.
  • Maintain and update PSA notes weekly to reflect project status.
  • Coordinate and update carpenters’ calendars as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and trades.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.

  • Attend internal meetings: weekly updates and quarterly team meetings
