Job Description Project Coordinator to lead the conversion of a conference room into a fully operational manufacturing line. The role involves planning activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors, tracking project timelines, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and documentation requirements. Responsibilities: Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables. Oversee physical modifications (electrical, HVAC, data, light construction). Support equipment installation and commissioning. Manage vendors, contractors, and project budget. Prepare progress reports and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Experience in manufacturing, facilities, or construction projects. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of regulated environments (OSHA, GMP) is a plus.
