Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

A 3 year fixed term opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator working within our Major Projects Integration team and specifically on the B2N project, that will see you providing support to the Design Manager whilst also liaising with stakeholders and contractors. YOU CAN ANTICIPATE SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES, AMONGST OTHERS TO INCLUDE:

  • Support the monitoring and reporting of schedule-based project information
  • Identify and escalate project issues and risks
  • Coordinate and track the status of project documentation reviews
  • Produce reports and dashboards upon monitoring design reviews
  • Collaboration with the wider B2N project team

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High level of administrative skills, exposure to projects would be ideal
  • Skill in developing constructive stakeholder relationships and engaging stakeholders throughout projects
  • High level of skills in both oral and written communication.
  • Substantial skill in problem solving system related issues and defects with strong ability in recognising and resolving issues associated with project tasks.
  • High level of skill in project-based systems including Project Wise and/or Team Binder
  • Must have the ability to be a self-starter and show initiative
    The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a large organisation. Interpersonally, you will have a natural relationship-building ability, and strong communication skills.
