JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities within the construction sector. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of contracts, schematics, and general construction practices is essential.
  • Previous experience on construction sites is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Conduct construction estimating and maintain accurate records of project costs.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including team members, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Support project managers in developing project schedules using tools like HeavyBid and Civil 3D.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
