EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in project coordination within construction, maintenance, or home improvement.
  • Experience working in the energy, retrofit, or sustainability sector is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience liaising with contractors, internal teams, and clients.
  • Familiarity with compliance, building regulations, or ECO Scheme requirements is a plus.

EDUCATION:

Relevant education in Project Management – Sustainability, Construction, or a related field.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE – PROJECT COORDINATOR :

We are seeking two Construction Project Coordinators to support the planning, execution, and delivery of retrofit and insulation projects under government-backed schemes such as GBIS and ECO4. Working closely with our operations, field, and compliance teams, you’ll help ensure every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule and budget, and meets the highest quality and safety standards, making a direct impact on improving homes and reducing energy bills across the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of retrofit works.
  • Liaise with Design, Submissions, and Construction teams to allocate resources effectively.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for contractors, surveyors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate any issues or delays to management.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with the scheme requirements.
  • Support the preparation of reports for internal teams and funding partners.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance on site, ensuring safe working practices are followed.
  • Track materials, equipment, and workforce allocations to ensure projects remain on budget.
