Description

Position Summary: Reporting directly to Transaction Advisory Manager, the Project Coordinator will assist with the coordination of a variety of projects as a biproduct of mergers and acquisitions activity including integrations project coordination and assist with due diligence project coordination. Additionally, the project coordinator will work cross-functionally on ad hoc projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coursework, internships, or job experience with exposure to working on group projects or cross-functional projects.
  • Project Management Software exposure (i.e., Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in a business-oriented subject including but not limited to Business Administration, Economics, Management, etc.
  • If under one year of work experience, a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter.
  • Interested in energy and infrastructure.
  • Interested in mergers and acquisitions and integrations.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines with the integration team leading into and after financial closing of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Assist with cross-functional special project coordination aimed at fostering growth, including but not limited to acquisition integration, due diligence, and ESG initiatives.
  • Assist with business process improvement projects across the organization.
  • Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with goals and deliverables.
  • Continuously monitor the M&A due diligence project plan and integrations plan to help identify high-risk open items and keep the project on schedule.
  • Assist with the execution of the enterprise project management plan on M&A and integrations.
