Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Business Engineering (GBE) team at CGI that is focused on identifying and qualifying future strategic account opportunities, provide high level market analysis and formulate recommendations.
Reporting to the Vice President Business Engineering, this role will support Operations & Business Development activities for the Global Business Engineering Team.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

  • Support business development activities in Canada to identify and qualify additional strategic large managed service opportunities, leveraging CGI’s market intelligence team and CGI account managers.
  • Research and document client opportunities and formulate recommendations to effectively drive these leads forward.
  • Provide high-level market analysis of existing opportunities and formulate recommendations to effectively drive these leads forward.
  • Provide assistance on the bid-strategy definition and execution.
  • Gather and support proposal responses for future client proposals

Responsibilities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • The ideal candidate should have MBA or master’s in international business or economics
  • We would prefer 1-3 years of experience in a client or colleague-facing operations or project co-ordination role.
  • Blend of experience within a consulting environment and an entrepreneurial / client service environment is ideal.
  • Strong experience in managing large data sets in MS Excel.
  • Experience creating presentations on MS PowerPoint for leadership.
  • Detailed oriented and enjoy doing research and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with people across all levels in an organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Keen interest and passion in operational improvement projects.
