We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join a growing team supporting the implementation of business communication and connectivity solutions. What You'll Be Doing Manage projects throughout the implementation lifecycle from initial design through successful completion Coordinate project milestones and ensure timelines remain on track Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and next steps Schedule and coordinate required resources to support project implementation Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues Maintain accurate project documentation and updates within internal systems Utilize reports and dashboards to manage project activities and provisioning tasks Escalate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution Ensure customer expectations are properly managed throughout the project lifecycle Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accountability for project outcomes Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Compensation PHP 35,000 - PHP 38,000 per month Full-time opportunity Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 4:36 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) Applicants must be comfortable working a schedule aligned with MST business hours Why Join Us?
