• Experience in marketing, event management, or project management
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Coordinator located In Toronto, ON. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful execution of brand activations and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, vendors and internal teams, tracking projects progress, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
