JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, HeavyBid) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar design software is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating processes is an advantage.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for tracking progress and managing documentation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Assist with construction estimating by gathering data and preparing reports as needed.
