Description Job Description The Project Coordinator will be a key support to the Operations Finance Manager, focusing on a variety of financial and operational responsibilities critical to the company's success. Requirements Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) Process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with material sourcing activities to support operational needs. Issue subcontracts, working closely with subcontractors and internal teams. Request COI’s (Certificate of Insurance) for vendors and contractors Facilitate the permitting process, including application and retrieval. Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures, routing documents efficiently and securely. Process cost transfers on project cost report for Project Management Handle change order processing, including documentation and financial adjustments. Support other operational financial requirements as directed by the Operations Finance Manager. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with Viewpoint and other financial software. Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management. Understanding construction or mechanical contracting industry financials is a plus. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in operational finance preferred. Physical requirements Required to stand, walk, and sit. Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls. Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
