PROJECT COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team from project kickoff through closeout, ensuring all documentation and processes are accurate and organized. Responsibilities include issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders; pulling permits; setting up projects with budgets; coordinating temporary utilities; and managing subcontractor compliance.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. It offers hands-on experience across all phases of construction with opportunities for growth within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 3 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Procore and Sage 300/TimberScan preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction contracts is a plus.
