Responsibilities
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
  • Evaluate potential problems and assist in developing solutions.
  • Assist in planning and managing team goals, project schedules, and new information.
  • Assist in supervising current projects and coordinating all team members to keep the workflow on track.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
  • Provide quality control and assurance of project documents and deliverables.
  • Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, submittals, and emails.
  • Assist in adhering to the budget by monitoring expenses.
  • Assist with operating and maintaining the schedule manager.
  • Assist in reviewing and processing sub-consultant, contractor, and vendor invoices and/or contracts.
  • Assist in developing client invoices.
  • Support with client coordination.
