As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring jobs run smoothly, on time, and within scope. You’ll support Project Managers, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, keep meticulous records, and ensure our clients enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish. This is a detail-driven role that requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Comfortable using technology, apps, and project management platforms (e.g., Buildertrend).
  • Ability to read plans and apply basic math/deductive reasoning skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be self-driven, well-mannered, professional in appearance, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather when visiting job sites.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate project files, including contracts, permits, drawings, vendor quotes, and change orders.
  • Draft and update project schedules; coordinate site meetings, inspections, and subcontractor calendars.
  • Provide clear weekly updates to clients and management; document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Assist with budgets and purchasing: track orders, allowances, invoices, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, HOA approvals, and warranty documentation.
  • Log risks, delays, or issues and escalate to Project Managers promptly.
  • Prepare homeowner closeout/warranty packets, care guides, and surveys at project completion.
