POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support our Project Coordinator in the successful delivery of fixed-fee ERP implementations based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will help coordinate tasks, track deliverables, communicate with stakeholders, and support day-to-day project administration across multiple client engagements.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of ERP or Business Central, and a desire to grow within the project management or ERP consulting field.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a project coordination or assistant PM role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed with strong organizational skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist Project Managers in maintaining project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Help coordinate kickoff meetings, check-ins, and milestone reviews.
  • Track open tasks, action items, and follow-ups with analysts.
  • Understands common Project Documentation
  • Release project work to project team and support scheduling efforts consider prerequisites

Client Communication & Admin

  • Act as a liaison for scheduling and communications between consultants, developers, and clients when needed
  • Follow up on assigned deliverables from both internal teams and clients.
  • Support admin activities to support clients

Process Improvement & Quality

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying areas to streamline project documentation and workflows.
  • Help ensure internal project delivery checklists and QA procedures are followed.
  • Take part in post-project reviews and lessons learned meetings.
