University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator to support the Implicit Program that focuses on the 4th Post-Partum Trimester with Interconception Care. This position will be a Monday-Friday, daylight hours. Traveling to the UPMC Family Medicine Residencies and Primary Care offices around the Greater Pittsburgh area. This position is a grant funded position with the expectation of the funding ending after 1 year. Purpose: The Project Coordinator is responsible for various projects including plan and report development, maintenance of data and information resources supporting programs and initiatives. Responsibilities: Develops and maintains Excel Spreadsheets. Assist with department administrative support. Provide support, where needed, for all events and activities. Assist in documentation of processes, standards, procedures, and policies for programs and initiatives. General involvement with all Human Resources aspects of the organization. Participate in design, development, and implementation programs and initiatives. Develop and maintain documents and materials to support effective roll out of programs and initiatives. Participate in the documentation and submission of service requests to ISD and/or system vendor(s). Assist in the assignment of request priorities, and monitor and communicate the progress of the assigned requests. Provide first level support for department programs and initiatives. Communicate problems or complex requests to the Management. Maintain an understanding of UPMC health careers to support programs and initiatives. High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in human resources, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or related field preferred. Three years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required w/ a high school diploma OR Two years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required w/ a bachelor's degree OR one year of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions with completion of UPMC Summer Associates/Pittsburgh Fellows program required w/ a bachelor's degree.
