You’ll be at the forefront of assisting customers throughout their sales journey, handling inquiries, and resolving warranty or product fault claims efficiently, all while delivering exceptional customer care.You’ll also become a key member of an energetic, customer-focused team dedicated to providing visually stunning architectural lighting solutions. This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, playing a crucial role in ensuring timely, high-quality delivery even under tight deadlines.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and is committed to achieving positive outcomes.
