Description

The Project Coordinator at See Water, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing and managing the status of all open orders, ensuring projects progress smoothly through each stage of the process. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track. The Project Coordinator will act as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process & approve orders. Track and update the status of all open orders, ensuring accurate and timely progression through the project lifecycle from order receipt to delivery.
  • Process Facilitation: Coordinate with internal departments (sales, engineering, production, and shipping) to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Roadblock Identification: Proactively identify potential obstacles or delays in the project pipeline and collaborate with relevant teams to develop solutions.
  • Status Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in the company’s CRM system, providing regular status reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop a working knowledge of all aspects of See Water, Inc.’s operations, including product design, manufacturing, and delivery, to ensure seamless integration of processes.
  • Documentation: Utilize NetSuite CRM to create and maintain project schedules, reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project coordination efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or a related role.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify roadblocks, and propose effective solutions.
  • Account Management: Experience managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track project progress and customer interactions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to quickly learn and understand the operational, technical, and logistical aspects of See Water, Inc.’s business and how they interconnect.
