Nature of position: Permanent Full-time Location: Collins St, Melbourne (Flexible work arrangements available) Reporting Line: Scheduling & Planning Lead / Manager Key Responsibilities Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation in relevant systems for work orders as proposed by client and available capacity Schedule work orders with customers via phone and / or email to arrange access for our workforce Coordinate all inductions, pre‑approvals, and any additional requirements requested by the customer Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date database documenting all administrative tasks performed Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client and customers Identify and consolidate data from the client in order to plan and allocate work orders Maintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing Attend weekly stakeholder and client meetings to deliver comprehensive scheduling progress reports Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by the Scheduling & Planning Lead / Manager Strong focus on problem solving, compliance and servicing the client’s expectations Skills and Experience Minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling role Knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia desired Professional and confident talking to commercial customers Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent organisational and administration skills High level attention to detail Able to work discreetly with sensitive and confidential information About us Service Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia's essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
