Description

Co-ordinator (Project Manager) is required for a well established commercial window and door manufacturing / installation company, working as part of a team delivering projects into Local Government departments. Taking published costed designs from quotation stage through to completion, working from our offices / manufacturing facility located in Bridgnorth Shropshire.
Duties to include:
Working from instructions by our in house project designers / estimators to schedule, manage and deliver projects.
Communicating with clients to provide delivery.
Producing risk assessments & method statements.
Carrying out site surveys to confirm manufacturing details from published costed designs.
Instructing in house manufacturing department.
Instructing / managing in house installation engineers.
Instructing / managing third party installation engineers.
Instructing / managing other third party suppliers.
Carrying out on site progress meetings with clients and installation engineers.
Carrying out final hand over / snagging meetings with clients.
A successful applicant would have:
Experience in the commercial window and door industry from the installation level upwards, with an understanding of our industry process and management systems.
The ability to manage promptly, efficiently and work on their own initiative.
Have good I.T and communication skills.
Be health & safety qualified i.e. IOSH, NEBOSH, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling etc (training may be available)
Hold a full UK driving license.
Be prepared to have a DBS criminal record check to enhanced level (required by our clients).
Be prepared to have a Level 2 security clearance check (required by our clients).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
