Job Description Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Resource Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal team performance Drive people management activities: monitor team spirit and motivation, conduct face-to-face meetings, act as a coach in people-related matters, support performance reviews, and work with career roadmaps Coordinate recruitment processes in alignment with business needs Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document decisions and action items Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Experience in people management, including recruitment and team development Collaborative approach and team-oriented mindset Positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
