Starting at $20/hour plus monthly performance bonuses, this role rewards individuals who are driven, detail-oriented, efficient, and customer-focused. You’ll support customers across the country, manage multiple projects daily, and apply your signage expertise in a fast-paced environment that values precision, service, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Project Lifecycle:

You’ll manage every order from estimate to delivery, acting as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams. Your ability to stay organized and proactive will ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

• Create Detailed Estimates:

Develop accurate, customer-ready quotes based on project specs and client needs. You’ll help customers make informed decisions by delivering clear and timely pricing.

• Enter and Process Orders:

Once an estimate is approved, you’ll convert it into a work order, ensuring all information is accurate and ready for production. Attention to detail is key.

• Solve Problems with Confidence:

Whether it’s navigating a design challenge or offering budget-friendly alternatives, you’ll be a trusted partner in helping customers achieve their signage goals.

• Keep Projects Organized:

With multiple projects moving at once, strong organization is a must. You’ll track revisions, manage timelines, and communicate updates clearly across teams.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in the Sign Industry (estimating preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with fast turnaround time frames.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
