QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination within the engineering or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, authority approvals, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Age 35 years and above preferred, with maturity and leadership capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities of engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance reports.
• Support in managing budgets, resources, and procurement related to projects.
• Identify risks and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
