Description

The Project Coordinator works directly with the Project Team to ensure accurate and timely management of the project’s administrative functions. The Project Coordinator has direct responsibility for ensuring that all contractually required paperwork and reporting is maintained appropriately and to provide administrative support to the Project Team.

Responsibilities: (included, but not limited to)

  • Provides administrative support to ensure effective office operations.
  • Process and log subcontracts, insurance documentation, and other items required by the Contract as directed.
  • Maintain and Update file management systems.
  • Assist in preparing Accounts Receivables, including all contract required back-up materials.
  • Assist in Coordinating New Hire Needs to include lodging, vehicle, etc.
  • Prepare project information sheets as needed by the project.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and assist in tracking material deliveries by project.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Data entry skills along with the ability to compile data-driven reports.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of QuickBooks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
