SMART is seeking an experienced and proactive individual to come board as a Project Coordinator to help facilitate and oversee transformative projects across 62 sites AU/NZ wide.
This role requires both interstate and international travel, and you can be based at any of our sites across the network (QLD or VIC preferred). We offer a genuine hybrid opportunity when you’re not traveling, with up to 2 days per week working from home.

Working within a collaborative team and reporting to the Advanced Operations Manager, you will ensure a safe, secure, and functional working environment for all our team members, incorporating reactive, preventative, and planned maintenance activities. We’re in an exciting stage of growth and refurbishment and we invite you to be a part of our success!
Responsibilities
Identifying and managing operational and maintenance requirements, including the management of repairs to fixtures, fittings, and equipment throughout the repair centres.
Ensure that works are carried out within agreed timeframes and according to priorities.
Provide information to all staff, users and stakeholders regarding works that are being carried out.
Reviewing services and raise suggestions for process improvements relating to property management.
Working closely with external contractors, including sourcing of quotations from suppliers who have relevant expertise and have met regulatory standards.
On-site contractor management, including safety onboarding, and implementing self-service opportunities.
Assist in the management of events.
Maintain fire, emergency, security, regulatory, and compliance records.
