Description

SOLVEST – WHO WE ARE:

Solvest began operations in the Yukon in 2015 and we have since established ourselves as the standard for renewable energy services in Northern and remote regions. Our core values are Innovation, Trust, Empowerment, and Tenacity.

WHO YOU ARE:

You’re not your average project coordinator. Yes, you’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things on track—but you’re also the ultimate connector. You see yourself as the bridge between worlds, effortlessly translating between construction teams and finance departments while ensuring every detail flows seamlessly from start to finish.
You’re a supercommunicator who thrives on building knowledge across teams and breaking down silos. Your ability to master new software and systems with remarkable speed isn’t just a skill—it’s a point of pride. You’re constantly seeking the most efficient ways to execute processes, and your understanding of complex project lifecycles gives you the edge to anticipate needs before they become problems.
You take ownership of accuracy like it’s an art form, find genuine joy in training and mentoring others, and believe that cross-collaboration is the key to exceptional results. You’re the person who conquers the back-end legwork with enthusiasm because you understand how it powers the bigger picture. If you’re looking for a role where your communication superpowers, process optimization mindset, and collaborative spirit are truly valued—you’ll feel right at home here.
