As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a coordinator with a talent for customer service and project coordination.
You have strong business acumen and are motivated by meeting deadlines. You work independently, in a structured and persistent manner, and you follow tasks through to completion. You are trustworthy, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
You will join a well-functioning team responsible for the daily support of one of our largest partners. You’ll manage your own projects and handle daily sales activities. You understand that every task “big or small” matters, and you ensure they are completed on time.

STRUCTURE AND FLEXIBILITY ARE ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

We imagine that you have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and are comfortable working with planning in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You speak and write fluent English and Spanish.
