Responsibilities

Help coordinate projects that ensure aftermarket parts meet emissions standards (think EPA and CARB approvals).
Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and project milestones using tools like ClickUp or other project management systems.
Organize and maintain important certification documents and reports—keeping everything running smoothly.
Support our 49-state SEMA Certified program and the California CARB Executive Order process.
Work directly with member companies to help them understand requirements and guide them through the paperwork.
Build vehicle coverage lists and help fill out project forms (Start Up Forms) to get products on the road.
Create clear status reports and updates for internal teams and our industry partners.
Help track billing and invoices related to projects.
Spot risks or potential delays early and help plan solutions with the team.
