Help coordinate projects that ensure aftermarket parts meet emissions standards (think EPA and CARB approvals).
Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and project milestones using tools like ClickUp or other project management systems.
Organize and maintain important certification documents and reports—keeping everything running smoothly.
Support our 49-state SEMA Certified program and the California CARB Executive Order process.
Work directly with member companies to help them understand requirements and guide them through the paperwork.
Build vehicle coverage lists and help fill out project forms (Start Up Forms) to get products on the road.
Create clear status reports and updates for internal teams and our industry partners.
Help track billing and invoices related to projects.
Spot risks or potential delays early and help plan solutions with the team.
