PROJECT COORDINATOR – CIVIL EARTHWORKS

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing civil construction contractor based in Calgary, specializing in heavy civil earthworks, grading, and underground utilities for commercial, industrial, and municipal projects. With a strong reputation for safety, professionalism, and project execution, they’re now looking to add a Project Coordinator to their dynamic team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1 year of experience in civil construction or earthworks who’s eager to gain hands-on project delivery experience with a contractor that’s invested in mentorship and long-term growth.

• Support Project Managers in the coordination and execution of civil construction projects.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Liaise with site supervisors, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Attend site meetings and support project execution from planning through close-out.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
