JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Structural Project Coordinator to manage the integration of the tower’s structural systems with all trades. You will coordinate BIM models, review shoring and foundation systems, and ensure seamless high-rise structural execution.

Key Responsibilities·

• Review structural BIM models and run clash detection reports.
• Coordinate shoring, excavation, and parkade foundation systems.
• Support sequencing of rebar, formwork, and concrete pours.
• Ensure penetrations and sleeves are coordinated with MEP systems.
• Collaborate with structural consultants and site supervisors.

Qualifications·

• Degree/Diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years structural coordination experience (towers or large parkades preferred).
• Strong BIM/Revit and clash detection background.
• Knowledge of seismic codes, shoring, and concrete construction.
