ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
  • Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule Multiple crews on a daily basis with Assigned Department Supervisors/Superintendents
  • Accurately Assess Priorities, making appropriate customer contacts to optimize productivity of field workers
  • Updates daily crew schedules with supervisors/Superintendents and maintaining communication.
  • Scheduling Locates, Locate Meets and Inspections.
  • Processing and Assembling job Packets, Receiving and Initiating Work order Creation, verifying work, Submitting Permits with different municipalities.
  • Maintains organization system of documents by having accurate Data entry and Record Keeping on a Master Spread Sheet
  • Maintains updated Job Scheduling and job Completion records.
  • Responds to inquiries from internal Departments regarding Billing, Time & Questions for Jobs.
  • Maintains strong Work Ethic to ensure job completion
  • Responsible for Timely communication with Customer & SPS Staff
