Responsibilities
  • Support the Program/Project Manager with the creation and maintenance of governance deliverables, ensuring projects adhere to established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within core project tools.
  • Facilitate workshops, forums, and meetings, including securing facilities, building agendas, coordinating inputs, and managing logistics.
  • Coordinate team administrative tasks and processes such as raising purchase orders, reporting, minute taking, diary management and project workshops
  • Ensure governance reporting is kept up to date and assist the project management team in document management
  • Closely track and monitor project financials across multiple projects
  • Facilitate the implementation of fit-outs for new warehouses through on-site presence, including managing contractor inductions, reviewing relevant Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and work plans, and coordinating with the site facilities and operations teams.
