Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de projets chaîne d’approvisionnement / Spécialiste comptes fournisseurs motivé(e) et organisé(e). Ce rôle hybride vise à assurer la conformité tarifaire et la continuité de l’approvisionnement en pièces pour la production. Vous dirigerez des projets d’amélioration des processus, gérerez les relations fournisseurs et coordonnerez des initiatives transversales pour réduire les risques et améliorer l’efficacité.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire (chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique, coordination de projets)
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en exécution
  • Expérience avec des outils de gestion de projets et la gestion de priorités multiples
  • Bilingue (anglais/français) – un niveau de français de base est acceptable
  • Solides compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes

You will lead process improvements, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and tactical execution skills
  • Experience with project management tools and managing multiple priorities
  • Bilingual (English/French); basic French is acceptable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities

Tariff & Project Coordination

  • Design and implement processes to improve tariff compliance and reduce cost exposure
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving logistics, procurement, and suppliers
  • Use digital tools to manage tariff-related data and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to align procedures
  • Track project milestones, assess risks, and report progress to leadership
  • Maintain SOPs and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Supplier & Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned suppliers
  • Conduct regular performance reviews using KPIs and predictive analytics
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Technical) to resolve issues
  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality, delivery, and contractual standards
  • Identify and escalate risks proactively
