We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in retail construction, facilities management, or contract administration. Ideally, you will hold a degree in Construction, Project Management or Engineering, and have 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Responsibilities

DAY-TO-DAY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Coordinating and managing end-to-end project delivery including programming, budgeting, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Reviewing and managing design documentation and RFIs to ensure buildability and compliance.
  • Conducting site inspections and WHS observations, ensuring all works meet safety standards.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align project deliverables and timelines.
  • Administering contracts and managing procurement in line with company policies and procedures.
    This role is permanent, full-time based out of the Scentre Group Support Office in Sydney CBD.
