DESCRIPTION:
- The position will require working closely with Program and Project Managers as well as Scrum Masters to lead day to day administrative and functional duties such as researching, tracking, organizing, analyzing and presenting a wide range of data from program staff as well as customers.
- Responsibilities include defining and recording current and future business processes and identify potential improvements.
- Exhibit excellent problem solving and data analysis skills as well as a proven ability to work independently.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS OF BEST CANDIDATES:
- Proficiency in MS Project, Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience using EazyBI
- 3+ years of experience in government or corporate environment as project coordinator, PMO administrator or equivalent experience preferred
- Understanding of software development life cycles including waterfall and Agile.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Rally, Jira or similar project tracking tools.
- High proficiency with presentation and web communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer service oriented.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- CAPM certified, other certifications such as CSM or PMP a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and principles.
- Familiar with information technology architecture, governance, and data exchange.
Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $80,000.00 – $113,000.00
