OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of internet circuit orders once they have been placed. This role requires close coordination with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and smooth delivery of services. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing 100–200 active orders at any given time.

SKILLS

  • 2+ years experience in project coordination, service delivery, or telecom provisioning (internet circuits, telecom, or IT preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage high-volume workloads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management or ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Knowledge of internet service delivery processes and carriers is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Escalate and resolve issues that may delay installation or provisioning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project management and ticketing tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, support) to align project timelines.
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
