What's The Role The Project Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support and coordination to ensure the transfer of properties leased by Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited (CWJ) to a third party. The role ensures that project activities move efficiently by managing documentation, tracking deliverables, liaising with asset managers and lessors, and supporting cross-functional communication PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROJECT IS FOR A TEN (10) MONTH DURATION What You'll Do Project Coordination & Stakeholder Support Serve as a central point of coordination among CWJ and its affiliates and ground lessors. Support the planning and execution of high-priority transactional workstreams, ensuring accurate documentation management and seamless cross-functional coordination. Facilitate timely execution deliverables and ensure that all outreach activities follow the project schedule. Provide weekly reports to stakeholders on the status of the project. Missing Lease Tracking & Resolution Support Take all necessary steps to identify owners of sites with missing leases. Review shared trackers to identify sites with missing leases and verify owner information obtained by PTI contractors. Conduct outreach to property owners and liaise with Asset Managers to confirm and validate ownership. Negotiate lease agreements with lessors. Documentation & Record Management Maintain organized documentation repositories for all lease-related and project files. Reporting & Meeting Support Prepare weekly progress reports summarizing activities, risks, delays, and completed tasks. Attend stakeholder meetings to report on progress Track action items from meetings and follow up with responsible parties Knowledge & Experience University Degree – Business Administration or other Project Management (favourable but not required) Experience 3-5 years Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High accuracy with tracking logs, documentation, and project data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with shared trackers/databases preferred. Ability to work independently and maintain strong follow-up discipline. Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Additional Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving mindset Comfortable making calls to property owners and performing follow-ups. Ability to support urgent tasks and shifting project priorities.
