We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and IT literate individual to join a growing telecommunications company and support the daily administrative tasks required for our civils and fibre build operations.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Direct report to Senior Project Manager
- Liaising with local authorities
- Open/closing noticing permits using a dedicated system
- Planning, coordinating, and tracking of field works
- Working closely with Civils Manager to ensure local authority compliance
- Collating and processing field reports/documentation
- Field engineer whereabouts information
- Liaising with clients, employees, subcontractors and other third parties
Applicants must have the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the telecoms industry
- Good written/oral communication
- Good IT literacy with applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
Salary will be regularly reviewed and increased based on successful performance reviews.

- Mon to Fri 08:00am - 16:00pm (37.5hrs per week)
