Description
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of commercial tiling and waterproofing projects from tender through to completion. This is a remote, Philippines-based role working directly with the business owner and site teams across active projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project timelines, track milestones, and flag delays or blockers across multiple active tiling jobs Maintain and update project trackers, job files, cost sheets, and variation registers Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, verify amounts, and flag discrepancies before payment approval Draft and issue quotes, variation claims, and progress claims based on project specs and director input Prepare tender submissions, prequalification documents, credit applications, and supplier account forms Coordinate scheduling, material deliveries, and project updates with builders, site supervisors, suppliers, and tiling subcontractors Track material orders (tiles, adhesives, grout, waterproofing) and follow up on lead times and delivery confirmations Maintain defect and warranty registers and coordinate rectification scheduling Assist with BOQ preparation and quantity takeoffs under direction Handle ad hoc project administration to keep jobs moving on time and on budget Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination, project administration, or construction administration (commercial construction or trade experience strongly preferred) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular), Google Workspace, and project management or job tracking tools Experience with estimating software or takeoff tools Comfortable communicating with Australian builders, suppliers, and site teams High attention to detail, especially with invoices, quantities, and documentation Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup Full-time, work-from-home Long-term, stable opportunity with room for growth Professional, supportive team environment Training and ongoing support provided
